The days and weeks seem to go by oh so fast, hard to believe it is Friday already. I hope you had a great week, with some great plans for the weekend!
I designed this project for a great group of ladies who I call my friends. Making the crumpled background is a bit touchy with me, I tried to distress it by using the ink pad directly to the paper. The dragon fly is from a retired Stampin' Up! stamp set that I purchased from a friend when she moved. Thanks for stopping by!

Thursday Post 'hump' day!
Hello again! Thanks for stopping by today.
My wonderful friend Billie gave me a huge stack of 6x6 background/scrapbook paper, I love using the bold designs, Most of the colors are 'right up my alley' Purple of course is my favorite color.
The Thanks stamp is a retired Stampin' Up! stamp and the flower were punched with 2 different Stampin' Up! flower punches. I like adding the extra touch with the word window punch and brads. This card was part of a larger Thank You project I completed for a church function.
Happy Thursday to you!

Hello again! I hope this Wednesday October the 8th finds you well and happy.
I used my Simply Scored Scoring tool to create the grid back ground, then I randomly, (and I do have trouble with random stamping) stamped the swirly image in the squares. I used the flower stamp stamping the image 3 times, then used coordinating scallop punches to punch out the layers. I used a hand held punch to punch the 'eyelet' holes in the base layer so the brown would show through.

It has been a long time
My how time passes, it has been a long time, a very long time since I added to my blog. I am once again a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and I will strive to post cards and projects that I am currently working on or that we have made in my Monthly Workshops.
This card was made as a thank you project, and I just love the chicken image from Stampin' Up! It is sadly a retired set called Funky Favorites.
Retired sets is one thing that I struggle with, the need to use current stamp sets in my workshops and the love of my retired stamp sets.
Thanks for stopping by for a look. Happy Tuesday to you!

hello, it;s for you!
Loved the old time phone, and the hello words written vertical are quite different. Not sure what I used for the background, leaves maybe.

Jet
This is the airplane stamp from the masculine set I purchased. A jumbo roller did the background and I embossed the purple strip with circles. Makes me a bit dizzy!
